Many people find comfort in soft murmurs. I want to keep that comforting lull present in my works with a quiet, but still humming, silence. But that silence has a foreboding aftertaste . Like being submerged in the vast, unforgiving ocean. Like pressing the noise cancel button while bumping shoulders in Times Square. Like shutting your eyes in a red-eye flight. I thoroughly enjoy creating this space, a limbo between the peace and commotion.

I experiment with oil/acrylic paint, graphite, 3D media, printmaking techniques, and digital mediums to communicate stories of hard-to-express emotions and people.
